Electronic Oven Control
Some ovens are equipped with a state-of-the-art electronic oven controller. The oven can be programmed to function in Bake, Timed Bake with automatic on and off times, broil, and Self-Clean.
Among its features is a full-time oven diagnosis System. The oven controller constantly monitors its internal circuitry. As well as several critical oven circuits, to ensure that they are all operating correctly. Ifatany time one of these oven system-- fails, the oven controller will immediately shut down operation the oven, beeping and flashing an error code in the window. If this condition should arise, simply push oven Cancel button.
Silent oven control panel when choosing a function beep will be heard each time a button is pushed. If the oven controls can be programmed for silent operation and hold the cancel button. The control will beep. This blocks the oven controls from sounding when a button is pushed. To return the sound, push and hold the cancel button until one beep is heard.
Power switch the power switch oven controls two options of the control panel. It is used to turn the power on and off to the electronic oven control and the oven.
The oven power switch must be in the power-on to order to program the oven. The oven switch should be on turned to the power-off position when the oven will operated for an extended period of time. The power F-can is used as a power safety switch to shut off the oven when leaving the home unattended for periods of time.
The Set knob is used along with a button to select the oven temperature, cooking time (when programming and automatic stop time day, clean time, and the minute timer. After of the function buttons, turn the oven knob until the desired temperature appears in the display window.
If the wrong button is selected, push the cancelation. This will erase all information previously entered the time of day. At the end of any cooking function, push C, clear the oven display window.
Selecting oven control functions Note: Before using the power switch must be in the power-on position to program the oven. The switch should be turned power-off position when the oven will not be operated an extended period of time.
Setting the oven clock the time of day operated the oven is not in use. The function of a timed oven operation requires the use of stop and start times. Therefore lock must always be set to the correct time.
To set the oven clock use file following:
1. Be sure that file power switch is in the power-on position.
2. The oven display window will flash. The word LOCK will show in the lower right corner of the display. The locking and unlocking of the oven door takes about 1 minute. This is normal part of the initial start-up anti does not mean the oven will begin a self-clean cycle.
3.Push the Clock button display will stop flash word TIME will glow in the lower left corner of the window.
4. Turn the Set knob in a clockwise direction until the correct time of day appears in the display window.
5. Push the oven Cancel button. The word TIME will disappear. The oven clock will automatically start 30 seconds after the Set knob is rotated.
To charge the oven set time, use the following procedure:
1. Push the Clock button. The word TIME will glow in the lower oven left corner of the display window.
2. Turn the oven Set knob in a clockwise direction until the correct time of day appears in the display window.
3. Push the oven Cancel button. The word oven TIME will disappear.
